For the highest searing insert the Pro-Searing Grid with Perforated holes across the bottom locking in this heat across the cooking surface providing you searing temperatures on demand up-to 1200 degrees. The adjustable vent allows greater air flow to burners when using the Griddle, Charcoal Insert, or Deep Fryer for consistent high performance grilling and safety.
